本公司吸取了國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)技術(shù)，成功開(kāi)發(fā)出適合用戶需求的小型材生產(chǎn)線。該機(jī)組有單螺桿擠出機(jī)或雙螺桿擠出機(jī)、真空定型臺(tái)、牽引機(jī)、切割機(jī)、翻料架等幾部分組成，生產(chǎn)線具有塑化好，產(chǎn)量高，能耗低等顯著特點(diǎn)。主機(jī)采用進(jìn)口交流變頻器調(diào)速，溫控儀表采用日本RKC 產(chǎn)品。輔機(jī)真空泵和牽引電機(jī)均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)產(chǎn)品，維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)便。
By adopting the foreign and domestic advanced technology, we successfully developed the small profile extrusion line. This line consists of Single Screw Extruder, Vacuum Calibration Table, Haul-off Unit, Cutter and Stacker, the producing line features of
good plasticization, high output capacity, low power consumption and etc. The main extruder speed controlled by imported ACinverter, and temperature control by Japanese RKC temperature meter, vacuum pump and traction gear reducer of the down
stream equipment are all good quality products, and also easy maintenance.
